I am always one for finding the best High/Low looks. Whether it be for an event or just everyday wear. In this case, I had found my favorite new jeans by J.W. Anderson which I have to admit are the investment when it comes to this look. On the other hand I was searching for the perfect jacket, duster, top, etc. to accompany the denim which just so happened to be this amazing gold crushed velvet jacket by Reclaimed Vintage on ASOS.com.
Also, it seems that velvet is becoming a bit of a trend this season (which I'm not mad about). The common misconception is that velvet is the "holiday" fabric. But, boy am I hoping this stays a year long trending fabric.
